Architectural Control Committee

The ACC has the responsibility to review architectural change requests for new home landscaping and other outside additions. Any plans you have for changing the exterior of your home; including the choice of exterior paint color, siding changes, fences, additions, major landscaping projects, pools, play equipment, and any other new construction that changes the exterior of your home, must be reviewed and approved by this committee prior to starting your project.
